Good socks, just way too big
Perfectly good socks, but they run very large. My kiddo has several pairs of Smartwool and Wrightsock socks in the same size (kids XS, labeled as fitting sizes 6-8.5) and they fit great, and these are probably 1.5-2 sizes larger. No idea what world REI is living in. That said, they're perfectly good merino-blend socks, constructed just like the adult ones (I certainly like mine). He'll fit them eventually, so no harm done I guess, but the REI eggheads need to pull out a tape measurer.
Socks pile like crazy on the bottom after one wear
These piled like crazy on the bottom after just one wear. I was hoping they would be higher quality and last longer. I would probably not buy again.
Great every day wool sock!
Perfect for cool days that include outside time. My daughter loves the way they fit and the feel of the wool. They aren't scratchy at all. We've bought these in sizes small, medium, and now large. Love them.

These are for my kid, who like me, basically only wears merino socks now. He loves the color, no stress about putting on socks, and no complaints so far. I know he's good to go on whatever adventure we are up to.

My six year old loves the coral shore color, and wishes it came in pink and gray! The socks are very durable and comfortable.

Runs small
Needed to return due to size. Son is a size 4 shoe and the L was small on him.
