Great shoes. Unfortunately, I needed a size wide which you do not carry. Easy return-purchased the right size through Shimano.
I bought these shoes to replace my old lace up Giro Empires and so far they are a big upgrade. I have narrow heels and I think these shoes have the best heel retention of any shoe I have ever worn while still having plenty of room in the toe box. Boa dials adjust in both directions so you can make micro adjustments while riding and they make the shoes super easy to put on and take off. They're light, stiff and well ventilated. The pontoons on the bottom do seem to offer more stability while riding but definitely make it harder to clip in. I find I have to push down harder and sometimes twist my foot a little to get them clipped in. Clipping out feels normal. I'm using the new multi entry cleats which I believe are thinner so I might try the regular cleats instead. Finally, Shimano's size chart seems to be off. Twice I have ordered Shimano shoes that were one size too big based on the chart so I would just order your normal size.
