[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was just what I was looking for. Perfect weight/warmth for winter jogging outdoors in cold temps. I really like being able to see my watch and the hood fits well. I’m usually between a medium and large and opted for the large for the freedom of movement after trying them both on. I only wish they had a color other than black in stock when I ordered. I try to avoid wearing black when road running.

The thumb holes are convenient for chillier summer evening runs and the pull over watch window is convenient and practical. I like how in light drizzles my watch remains accessible yet dry. The material is incredibly warm for how lightweight the hoodie is - very versatile and can be packed down. Would love there to be a small inner pocket somewhere, but otherwise love the overall design of the hoodie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brooks Notch Thermal Hoodie 3.0 has become my go-to running hoodie. I have been so excited about the watch window in the sleeve! It allows me check my splits and track workouts on my watch without having to roll up my sleeve, all while keeping my hands warm. Along with that, the thumbholes are a nice touch, helping keep the sleeves in place during harder efforts and giving a bit of extra warmth to my palms. Since I do a lot of running at night, I really appreciate the reflective trim on the back. It makes me feel more visible to drivers and gives me peace of mind when running in the dark. Another great feature is the antimicrobial treatment, which keeps the hoodie smelling fresh even after multiple workouts without washing! The waffle-textured interior is also excellent. It wicks moisture well and provides insulation without overheating. I’ve found it keeps me comfortable across a wide range of chilly temperatures. Overall, this hoodie is perfect. It has great features, comfort, and performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good style with application. Relatively warm with the cushion thermal inside. The item is not wind resistant and runs a tad bit large. I liked the idea of the wrist watch hole in the sleeve but my watch slips in and becomes hidden easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With fall quickly approaching, I needed to update my wardrobe to keep my outdoor runs comfortable as the temperature begins to drop. Summer training gear is everywhere, and winter running usually means a standard hoodie and beanie for me, but I’d never found the perfect fall hoodie... until now! The Notch Thermal Hoodie might just be my favorite piece of clothing I’ve ever owned. I love it so much that I wear it 24/7 indoors on rest days, too. The material is the ideal thickness, with a ribbed, terrycloth-like grid on the inside that’s soft against the skin and keeps me perfectly dry, even during long runs. Along with thumb holes, it features a watch window. I've never seen this before, but it's an absolutely brilliant detail, because it lets me check my pace without fumbling with my sleeves, while still keeping my arms warm. The hoodie seems incredibly durable as well! I’ve worn and washed it multiple times in the past month, and it still looks brand new. The fit is true to size, though I ordered one size up for a slouchier feel. I can definitely see myself picking up more colors in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I love the thumbies, I have extra long arms, no shirts ever fit, these thumbies are super long. I love the watch cut out on the left sleeve. It’s light enough you don’t overheat but you don’t get chilly either. I just got back, it was 30 degrees when I started, wind chill real feel 20 and I had no complaints. The zipper is nice to adjust the temperature. I love it. I have been wanting to get this hoodie for years, I’m glad I finally did! Can’t speak to the longevity of it but it kept me warm today.

The Notch Thermal Hoodie is one of my favorite pieces for both running and for casual wear. It is warm, works well with tights, shorts or with half tights when running, and is a great cool weather wear-around piece with jeans. Love it so much I bought two; one for running and one for just wearing around! Most importantly, I fly a lot and love this piece for the plane; simply pull up the hoodie, zip up and go to sleep!

The watch window is a great option for colder weather to help keep my wrists and hands covered but still access my running watch screen. Along those lines, the thumbholes keep sleeves from riding up while I’m running so my whole arm is covered when running in cold/wind. I’m 6’4” so I was pleasantly surprised that the shirt was long enough for my arms and torso. As an early morning runner and late night dog walker, I appreciate the safety feature with reflective trim on the back. There is the right balance of having reflective trim without looking odd during the daytime. I’m a frequent runner and I don’t wash my outer layer every day in the winter. I think the antimicrobial treatment is a good feature. Other features I like include the comfortable material, the blue color, and the hood for wind/light rain.
