Excellent Work Boot
These are the only boots I wear and pretty much the only shoe I wear. I work in construction and I'm in and out of peoples houses all the time. The slip-on style makes my life a little easier there. My feet stay snug inside also. I live in Alaska so I wear them year round. They aren't too hot in the summer and as a matter of fact, they are so thin that I didn't realize that they were an insulated boot. I tried to buy a pair a few months ago but REI doesn't sell them in the summer because they are an insulated boot. They last me about 2 years. That's pretty good for a 260lbs. man!
Bring Back the Anchorage III Version of this Boot!
If you love the Anchorage III, then you might not like this IV version. I found the slope on the top of the boot that goes up towards the ankle opening to be very awkward and very tight. I just about broke a sweat trying to get them off and on. They also don't seem as durable as the III. Just my experience. I have been wearing Keens for decades.
Great fitting pull on waterproof boot for winter
Boots are an excellent fit and have worn them in rain and snowy conditions. They worked well as both waterproof and hiking boot. Workmanship appears very good to excellent. Have worn them over the last few weeks of February 2026 and they are comfortable, well fitting (size 11) and do the job well. Not insulated but feet have stayed comfortably warm in Low 20s and teens.
So sad about the Anchorage remake
I have an older pair that i live in. They are my go to winter shoe/boot. I love that I can step into them easily hands-free andd be protected from the snow. They are wonderfully comfortable and warm. I recently went to buy a new pair and found that Keen had changed the style to a much narrower opening that I had to struggle to get on and off. Once on they felt uncomfortably tight around the ankle. I will have to search for another alternative. So sad! Why mess with a good thing?

Definitely a good boot I went with my gym shoe size maybe more snug than I like after more wear they seemed to stretch out now there perfect yes I do recommend I wear these at work in the mud trenches around water I’m a plumber by trade and they are serving me well so far
The Best
Not only are these boots the best out there, but your company is the best!!! I have worn these Keen boots for several years! I have worn them each season here in Maine! Waterproof, warm in the winter, and cool on a summer day working on outside projects…I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! For Christmas I wanted to buy a pair for my niece. I went everywhere looking for them, no one carried the size I needed. I was told the wait period would be 4-8 weeks!!! So I went to Keen. com, and BAMM!!! I received her boots within a weeks time!!! You are an AMAZING company!! I also wear the mens boot!! You wouldn’t believe the compliments I get!!! I will be ordering a new pair for myself soon! I have literally worn out two pairs so far! The more you wear them, the better they are!!! Thank you so much for your great service!!! They got here quickly, and tracking them was so easy!! You’re the Best!!!
Comfortable and good tread
The boots fit true to size and work well for what we needed. My husband said they’re comfortable enough and the tread is really nice. He’s normally a 10-10.5 and got these in a 10 and they fit with thick socks. He’s worn them in over a foot of snow and said they were good.
Very comfortable!
I tried these on, then used them for a walk on pavement and wet grass….haven't tried them in the woods yet, that’s next. So far so good!
Excellent for 6 to 8 months
I love the Anchorage 3 Chelsea, but they are NOT close to "ultra durable". They last about 6 months before the sole separates & tears. I'm on my 3rd pair in 2 yrs & all I do is walk. It's sad the boot itself is still fine, but it's no longer waterproof
poor quality
I always buy my next pair ahead of time. The souls separated from the upper 1month out of the box which put me over the warranty period so I had to buy a new pair. The new model is hard to get on and off time to find a better boot .
