Great pants, but tricky sizing and they stretch after washing
These pants are amazing in terms of style and comfort, but the sizing is a bit challenging. I'm usually an 8 or 10 and went with a 10 initially. While they fit well overall, the waist was too tight, so I exchanged them for a 12. The size 12 was a bit roomy but felt much more comfortable in the waist. Unfortunately, after washing them (cold water, hang dry), they stretched out significantly—now they feel about two sizes too big and won't stay up at all. In hindsight, I probably should've stuck with a size 8 or 10, washed them, and let them loosen up naturally. It's disappointing because they fit perfectly before washing, but now I can't wear them at all.
great, but small waist
The fabric is great and a nice thickness. The pants feel very durable and well made. I think this style would probably look good on a wide range of body types. However, the waist is pretty darn tight. I wish the waist had a little bit of give or was about 1-2 inches bigger. The pants fit me perfectly everywhere else so I don't think sizing up is really an option. I'm keeping them, but the small waist will likely give me pause on some days before deciding to wear them.
Great Pants!
Love these pants! I purchased them in the Mountain Goat color and will definitely be ordering another pair! I usually wear a size 8 or 10 and initially chose a size 10 but had to exchange them for a size 12 as they seemed to run a bit small. For reference, I own the Rivet Wide Leg Cord in a size 10, and they fit perfectly. The size 10 in these pants were almost the perfect fit, but a little tight around the waist for me. I’m 5’8” and weigh 155 lbs.
My favorite pants
These pants are simply fantastic. I have the jeans, cords and these. The fit is perfect. I'm 5'2" and they are the perfect length. If you are taller, they would be more of a cropped feel. The waist fits great and is very comfortable through the hips and legs, with a relaxed fit. I find myself reaching for one of these regularly. They have become my go-to's for work and around town. Highly recommend.
Great for work and play
These pants are good and almost great. They are nice enough to wear to work and stylie for cruising around town as weather gets nicer. Mountain goat is a great lighter colored pant - not quite white and not quite tan. I should have probably listened to other reviewers and sized up, but I thought (and still think) they may have been too big. Length is spot on, hitting just above the ankle.
High quality construction
Love the fit of this pant. Not super high rise which is refreshing. Crisp and pretty off-white color, not too yellow. No issues with panties showing through the material but will probably still opt for a nude color. The 4 has just a touch of room around the waist, but I don't mind since it gives more leeway to tuck things in.
Rivet Wide Leg Pant
I have a pair of the winter Rivet cords, and I love them. I purchased a size 8, and they were too big, but I liked the slouchy comfy feel. I ordered two pair of the Canvas Rivet, 6 & 8. The waist band was SO tight, and the rest of the pant stiff and big. Sending both pair back.
Third time's the charm
I had to size up twice with these. I loved the cut but the waistband is pretty tight an unforgiving. I'm usually a 0 or 2, and sized up to a 4. The 4 is a little loose, but overall I like them! Might have to try Stio pants on in person moving forward!
Perfect Casual Comfy Pant
I've worn these pants for both travel and work and they are perfect! Super cute color and I love the buttons. I ended up going with 1 size bigger than normal and am happy that I did, after 1 wash they fit perfectly.
Cute pant
Cute pant with a mid to high waist. The regular inseam was short for me as a 5'8" person but thank goodness the style is highwater right now. Material is not soft but it's comfortable and it washed up well.
