Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated.
Measure around a flat hand at the knuckles; do not include your thumb. Also measure your hand length from the base of your palm to the end if your middle finger. Use the larger of the two measurements to select your glove size.

Excellent exact sizing, warm and comfortable.
Needed a pair of warm snow plow gloves and am a long term fan of OR. I literally went to their sizing guidelines, measured my hand per the guidelines and sized down my order. I'm typically a Large in Arc'teryx for gloves, but this particular size per their guidelines said Medium. They fit perfectly. They feel like puffer jacket gloves, but the exterior is hardier and flat. I love the gray color too. I sprayed them with Scotchgard Outdoor Water Shield Fabric Spray (might be called something else now) to help as they are not waterproof. Love 'em and the price.
Extremely large. The sizing guide was a joke.
Should have sent these back at once, but didn't want to spend more and thought I could make them work. But just too big and long. I went by their sizing and it is totally bogus. A medium should have fit well, but the fingers are well over an inch long, and the cuff is far too loose to hold them in place if you pull them up. Very disappointed. And for the ridiculous cost. Would love to return these, maybe for an extra short version.
Not Cold Enough to Test Their Limits
I bought these gloves for hiking, and haven’t had a good cold spell to break them in. I’ve had them on during mild cold but nothing that would rate them, low 30s and I didn’t get very cold when out. So still testing them out and I’ll addendum my responses then. They are nice gloves and very lightweight!
Terrible fit
Wanted to like them but the fit is terrible. Super loose across the palm and weird alien fingers.
