prAna  Campfire Cord Pants - Men's

I ordered two pairs of these pants in different colors, hoping they would become my new go-to for work. Unfortunately, both of them ripped at the back pocket seam within less than ten days of wear, and it happened while I was at my job. Not only was that embarrassing, but I was also really disappointed since I had thought I was getting nice pants. Now, both pairs are unwearable, and I’m left feeling let down by the quality. I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re looking for something durable for professional settings.

Based on how well Prana's Brion and Stretch Zion pants fit me I went ahead and ordered two of these, one in each color... Pros: Very soft! Cons: Despite being labeled as I ordered (32x34), the blue pair just fits wrong; there's a huge 1.5" gap in the back and when laid flat against the other pair there's an extra half-inch on either side so they fit like a 34. This has got to be a quality control issue because the brown fit at the waist as expected. Both of these however are also 2" longer than my Brions in the same size - so that's great if you actually need a 36" inseam but otherwise plan to get rolling.

It seems that Prana only releases corduroy pants every year or two, so when they show up, I'm always eager to grab one or two pair. This one is completely different. They changed the rise but still tapered the leg. As someone has probably owned eight pair of Prana cords through the years I would have to say these don't give me joy like the others. I am 5' 9" so maybe these would work for someone over 6'. Prana cords used to be my favorite pants for half the year. Better luck next time. Great color though, and I love the fabric!

Wanted to like these pants but the fit is terrible, like a sack of potatoes. The crotch and backend of these pants hang so long i can feel my thighs rubbing against each other on the inside of the slacks. Far from a slim fit and the length is far from true also, I wouldn't bother. Since Columbia Sportswear took over Prana their quality control has become meh. Sending back to you to sit on someone's desk and don't even care to get a refund. Order #233766025.

Do not buy these pants. The fit is terrible as others have said. I bought the size I always get and am shocked at how inaccurately sized these are. The waist is weirdly tight, the crotch is very baggy, and the legs are oddly long. The material is also thinner compared to the previous generations of this pant. I bought these because I’ve owned similar prana pants years ago and hoped these would be similar. They ansolutely aren’t.

Finally found the perfect cords. Love the brown. I think I'm going to purchase a gray pair as well. I also purchased Brion and Zion pants. I think the Brion is the most versatile (hike, office, casual) while the Zion just look and feel like pure hiking/technical outdoor gear - I think I will return the Zion. These cords are perfect office/casual. Two cords and two Brions cover all my needs.

I normally wear a 32-34, I like a bit of room as I’m a gardener and very mobile- squats for days. I ordered a 35. I’m lean 5’10 165. These are a bit loose as I expected but they’re great. More room in general. More stretch than I anticipated which is great. These won’t see too much mud but they’ll match everything else. The belt loops are a bit wide as my buckle goes through.

I've been wearing these when temperatures dip below 40. There is some give in the fabric providing a nice snug feel for my 31" waist but 30" Prana waist size. A little surprised the 34" length is a tad long considering all my other 34" length pants are just the right length. The fly zipper could be a little longer. Not a deal breaker, just have to get used to a shirt zipper.

Soft, slim, enough stretch to be active - great blue color. Couldn't ask for much more. For reference, I'm a woman, 5'8", 115 pounds, fit, and the size 28 x 30 works. Which is unbelievable. This is why I love prana! I can get away with wearing men's pants which I can't in so many other brands. And they are all made so well with details that are thoughtful and utilitarian.

This is an excellent pair of pants. I ordered a 31 and 32 because sometimes you need more room. But this has 2% spandex with organic cotton from India, so it gives a little. The blue is very cool. I knew these were going to be good, so I bought two pairs. I still miss the Axiom which also had a full gusset and 2% spandex. They are dressy, but loungewear both, so perfect!
