Perfect Except for Sizing- Size Up!
I have many pairs of Tevas and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with sizing! I am a true size 6, but these in a 6 were way too small. I could barely get my foot in without socks, and once in they were very cramped. The opening is also quite small, so if you have a high instep these might not work. I sized up to a 7 and they’re perfect, but I’ve seen a few people that have had to go up two sizes. Posting this because I ordered without looking at reviews, hoping to save someone the trouble! Otherwise they are very cozy and comfortable.
Initially when I tried these on, I was a little underwhelmed as the size seemed very snug and the shoe didn’t offer a ton of support. However, I kept them and went on two back to back trips where I have now fallen in love. They are fairly water resistant and decently warm down to temps in 30-40s w wool socks. I found they were pretty supportive and now I am using them as my daily dog walking shoe.
Like last year’s better
Last year I got a pair of ReEmbers and wore them so frequently that they got worn out. These are more sturdy, but I believe less comfortable than the old ones. For me, they need to have the pull loop at the heel. Because these have a sturdier sole, the slip-ons seem harder to slip on—in fact, I would hardly call these slip-ons if you want your heel covered.
Inside or Out
Size up one size. Excellent looks and support. Can be tricky to wear with heel up, but believe will loosen with wearing. My last pair lasted 20+ years and I expect these will too.
comfy and super cute
Super fast shipping they just came. Loved them right out of the box ! I sized up ! I am a 6 in all their sandles but sized up to a 7 women’s in these and it was the right call ! They’re super cute ! Really soft ! I don’t want to take them off lol hoping they hold up in the rain !
Sizing questionable.
Well, I was wearing size 12 similar mocs by Teva. Pretty good sizing. I had my left ankle replaced due climbing accidents in the ‘70s but that’s not the issue. All stable.Large appliance I’m afraid. So I tried these in 12. Bought them at size 13. The 12s were not even close.
