[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this coat has a soft, and flexible water resistant shell. The down filled coat is warm in snowy environments. The pockets are deep and easy to close. This coat is machine washable, and easy to care for. There is no smell with the material. I like that the hood is attached. Overall, this is a well made cozy winter coat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this coat and immediately sent my husband out into the snow to test it out, lol! The coat is so soft and lightweight. You can hardly tell you are wearing a winter coat by the weight of it. The insulation is amazing for how lightweight this coat is. My husband hates winter and snow and he loves how warm it kept him. There is an extra breast pocket that is accessible from outside the zipper too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with this Marmot Men’s Guides Down 2.0 Hoody. It’s warm without feeling bulky, and the down insulation does a great job of keeping heat in on colder days. The fit is comfortable and allows for easy layering, and the hood adds extra protection from wind and cold without feeling tight. The quality feels solid and durable, exactly what I expect from Marmot. It’s been perfect for everyday wear as well as outdoor use, and it looks good enough to wear casually too. Overall, this is a reliable, well-made jacket that delivers on warmth, comfort, and style.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cold weather hooded jacket; lightweight, wind proof and toasty warm in the blustering winter storm. Shrugs off snow and light precipitation with Durable Water Repellent coating. Insulating material is down with a mixture of plant fiber which works quite well in my opinion. Sleeves have elastic cuffs that rest comfortably at the wrist. There are three external pockets, zipper secured, one chest and two side. I am 5’9”, 210 lbs and the XL feels true-to-size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A insulated type that has features including the hood and pockets . A nice stylish design for casual wear and great for the cold weather and it is wind proof and water resistant. A cozy zippered jacket that is light and packable which is cold proof, ice proof and design for the harsh weather.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super nice men’s jacket!! Keeps you very warm. You don’t have to bundle up while wearing this jacket! I work outside and I was warm in 10 degree weather. Holds up very nice for the type of work I do. The pockets are nice and big and zip so you don’t lose your things. Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] True to size and very functional and warm. The jacket is lightweight yet the fill is lofty and should hold up well during our MN winters. The info about the recycled + plant based materials included in the jacket was adds a nice sustainability touch. Zippered pockets are also a plus!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Dark Steel" is a dark navy-blue color (almost black) instead of the dark gray color pictured in the description. Additionally, the bottom half of the torso is a different fabric with a shiny appearance. The fit is super boxy--think contractor garbage bag. The jacket won't win any beauty competitions but will probably get the job done. Ultimately, I'm more interested in how it functions, so for the "final sale" price I'm not too upset--that's why I give it three stars. Had I paid full price, though, I would've been extremely disappointed; the difference between the jacket pictured and the one received are substantial enough that I thought I'd been sent the wrong jacket.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome winter jacket. Warm, lightweight, and feels really well made. The down insulation keeps heat in without feeling bulky, and the hood adds extra cozy coverage. I’ve worn it on chilly walks and layered it under shells with no issues. It packs nicely too. Great for cold weather without the heavy feel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves this jacket!! It's lightweight yet super warm and comfortable to wear. The construction is high quality and has technical detailing like hidden pockets. The hood fits well too and has adjustable drawstrings that are elegantly placed and not clunky.
