Super cute and comfortable barefoot sneakers
I bought these on a pop in visit to REI last night. I was pretty sore from work, having some hip pain leftover from the week. I saw these (pure luck that they happened to be in my size) and decided to try them on. I was pleasantly surprised when I felt some relief walking around in them, so I decided to get them. Wore them for the rest of last night, and again tonight after work. Can't wait for the rain to stop so I can live in them! Giving four stars because it's only been 24 hours, but let me tell you, I love them so far. I'll be back for another pair of Xeros when I need them!
Casual style
I'm always on the lookout for "normal" looking Xero shoes. I have wide and sometimes problematic feet, but I don't like to advertise it. :) I like the look of the shoes, only I wish it didn't have the branding on the back (minor complaint). The fit is a bit tricky. I bought my regular Xero shoes size, 8, and it does seem to be a pretty good fit. That said, I did experience some of the heel rubbing that one of the previous reviewers mentioned. It wasn't enough to make me return it, and it has gotten better over time, but it could be an issue for some people. I have 4 other pairs of Xero shoes and this is the first pair I own with the heel rubbing issue. Perhaps had I sized down it wouldn't be an issue, but it's hard to say for sure. I still like the shoes and will keep them. FYI the sole is thicker and not as flexible as other Xero shoes, which I'm ok with.
This shoe is not for me
I purchased the xero Prio Neo shoes a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love them. So, I decided to buy the Dillon shoe too. They are not that great fitting. The heal is cut lower and wider so it rubs because it is not snug. Not sure I could wear them for a long period without getting blisters. I also had to order a second insert to take up space in the shoe
Too slick in the rain/wet conditions.
Dangerours in the rain- slipped twice and one hard fall. Zero traction on stone and metal (think industrial plates in cities). DO NOT BUY. Bought these for a European adventure, rain is in the forcast, so super dissapointed that these will not work. Footbed and fit are amazing- they just turn into a slip and slide in normal city life with a little moisture.
Amazing foot comfort!
I have the Dillon sneaker in black and white and wear them everywhere, including extended trips to Europe and South America. I’m looking forward to adding the slate color to my wardrobe. I substitute the insoles with the BarefootScience system and most of my foot/ankle and walking issues have been resolved.
Comfortable beyond belief
My favorite shoe! Bought them in white for a trip to DC in June and my feet, legs and hips felt great after 8 hours of walking. I wear them with shorts, dresses and jeans. I just ordered them in black for the winter.

These are very comfortable. I mostly wear them fro my morning walks and up the mountain behind my house. The soles grip well and the toes are comfortable for my wonky hammer toes. So lightweight as well. I am looking to get more Xero shoes as well. I wear size 8 and that is what I bought.
Everyday shoe!
I love these shoes! They have become my everyday shoes. Super comfortable, and so cute. I wear them with everything and can walk miles in them.
Clean and white for 5 minutes, if you’re lucky
Shoes are comfy, but the white knitted fabric is impossible to keep clean. And, they recommend NOT machine washing. If you don’t mind shoes that look dirty every wearing, then they would be fine. The same company makes this model in white leather, which works great. Love them in leather. They are my go-to casual shoes.
