No, I do not recommend this product
The bottles bounce too much and the zipper pocket things fall out very easily. I almost lost my phone several times. Just getting a new one. I used this vest for 2 solid months for 50k training but put up with it. After the race im done with it.

This is my first vest as a runner, and I couldn’t have picked a better one to start with! It’s a great fit, super light, and the pockets are wonderful! The bottles don’t bounce around at all, neither did gels or chews. I did size up and I’m happy I did. I’m a female runner with a larger chest and the XL fit perfect!
