[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying these leggings are super comfortable even in the hot AZ weather. I love that they are super comfy without giving up the stylish look of the leggings. The fabric is not too thick or thin it’s perfect enough to keep me cool no matter what I’m doing while wearing the leggings. I’m very pregnant at the moment and finding comfortable clothes has been a challenge. I was surprised at how soft the fabric is and how smooth it feels on my skin. I keep this in my rotation of clothes that I can wear for longer than a few hours because I overheat easily during this pregnancy.The leggings design is a plus for me. My favorite part of the leggings are the pockets because I can carry my phone or anything else without needing to carry a bag all the time. Im exhausted and uncomfortable being so far into my pregnancy and these leggings at least keep me comfortable and fresh during my outings.
Surprising fabric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first felt these leggings I wasn’t so sure about the fabric, it didn’t really feel breathable or soft but once I put them on they were extremely comfy and fit well. I am 5’ 5” 120lbs and I usually wear xs or small. When I first put these on I really had to struggle to get them over my hips, and they are size small. Once I did get them over my hips they fit very well and didn’t feel too tight BUT I ran into the same problem when trying to take them off, it was a struggle. I think the sizing is just a smidge weird. I do like the length of these leggings and how deep the pockets are on both sides. They really do feel softer when wearing them compared to just touching them with your hands. They don’t roll down or fall down very much which is a problem I’ve had with other leggings, maybe that’s where the weird sizing helps out. Overall I would recommend these to run in or to lounge around the house in.
Ultra soft and opaque

They feel really good against the skin, they're opaque (i.e. squat-proof so great for weight days and cross-training), and they hold up over the miles. No need to keep tugging them up! In the dark gray color I haven't noticed any obvious sweat stains showing through (admittedly I haven't taken them on a long outdoor run in the summer heat). The side pockets are nicely designed too -- big enough to hold a larger cell phone and snug enough to keep it from coming flying out. The material feels high-quality. I usually run and train in tights without a drawstring, and that was the only drawback for me with these. I'm always a size small in running tights, and in my usual size, I found it a bit challenging to pull these on because of the snugness of the drawstring. But once they're on, they're ultra comfortable. With that one caveat, I otherwise really like these running tights, and I think they may really come into their own in the winter months when the thicker fabric will be all the more appreciated. Overall would recommend.
Runs small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive the Brooks Luxe tights in the mail. Unfortunately, these tights did not work for me. I am a true small in almost every bottom that I’ve ever tried…except for these tights. I can’t even fit them over my hips. They run super narrow in the hip/waist area and there is zero stretch or give in the this area. I guess the drawstring option is more for decoration because they do not budge or adjust even slightly. I was very disappointed because they are beautiful tights. I would imagine I’d be a medium or maybe even a large in this style. PSA for those looking at these…you should probably size up if you are in between sizes at all. The tights themselves are really nice and are made with high quality materials. They are well made and super soft. The fabric is buttery smooth. It’s fantastic. These would be very comfortable. They are full length which I love in a legging. They aren’t too thick for the summer months. They can be used year round. I just wish the waist area was made differently because they would have fit nicely every where else! I really like the color of these tights. It isn’t a normal navy. It has more of a heathered navy color which sets them apart from the other navy tights in my collection. These were unfortunately a miss for me, but they have so many qualities that would have made them a great article of clothing to add to my collection. Pros: the buttery soft material, well made (not thin and cheap feeling), full length, beautiful color Cons: There is absolutely no give in the waist band. I tried a number of times to get these over my hips without any luck. Like I said previously, I’m a true small in every bottom I wear, so this was a little disappointing. I guess sizing up would be my alternative, but then they wouldn’t fit correctly in the leg area. Just something to keep in mind! I wish that these worked for me, but unfortunately they didn’t check all of the boxes. I’ll be rating them 3 stars because they do have a lot of potential!
Size up!
These fights are super cute but they definitely run small! They get stuck at the hips but if you stay at it, once over the hips, they fit a lot better. Overall, these fights are super cute and stylish. I would definitely recommend going up one size for comfort and more stretch!
