Great jacket, runs too large
Yes , I recommend this product
Very high quality jacket from Helly Hansen but their sizing charts are always off. I bought a size large (I am 6’2” and weigh 185lbs, slim build) and I’m swimming in this jacket. HH’s size chart says a size Large fits a 43” chest. This is my typical range. The sleeves are perfect length but the mid section is very wide. I wanted a little extra room for layering but this is too much. I’ll be returning to REI. Unfortunately there are no more size mediums in stock, otherwise I’d buy a smaller size.

Doesn’t deliver, though sturdily made.
Sleeves are well-insulated, body is not, my back was cold.. Fits well in shoulders but I’d need a beer gut to fill the body and there is no waist drawstring to compensate. Good pockets and hood.
