Strike that camp/life balance with these men's utilitarian-style REI Co-op Campwell Pants. Made with comfortable cotton canvas, they feature a relaxed fit and tapered legs that can be rolled up.
- Soft, durable cotton-blend canvas has a garment-wash finish and stretches a bit to let you move

Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements.
SHORT: Some pants are available in short sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 2.5 inches shorter than regular sizes.
TALL: Some pants, shirts, jackets and parkas are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer, a parka body that is 2.5 inches longer and sleeves that are 2.5 inches longer than regular sizes.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Excellent Quality and Comfort, Just Wish It Were a
REI delivers again with great material and excellent quality—perfect for an athletic build and comfort. I love the color, the fabric, and the thoughtful design. My only wish is that it were an inch or two longer in length. Otherwise, it’s an amazing piece and I’m very happy with it! I usually ware a 'L' (34" - 35" waist) but surprised a 'M' fit me great.

great pants!
I just got them and I’m in love. Loose fitting and great material. A little stiffer than I had hoped but I assume they will break in a bit. The sizing is a little wonky. I usually wear XL and the L is perfect or maybe a little big even. I’m 5’10 230#
Least favorite REI piece of gear of the year
Way too big and too short. These are oversized and too short. I really wanted to love these pants, but they made me sad. They've been washed and dried several times and the fabric is swishy and crisp. The design team should definitley review the fit intent. Order a size smaller than you actually wear.
Nice but a bit crunchy
Got these to replace a similar pair of REI pants that I loved but for one reason: the pockets were so shallow that phones and wallets would fall out. These have much deeper pockets. My only quibble is that compared to those nice soft pants of yore, these are rather "crispy" and a bit noisy - seems like it'll take multiple trips through the wash for them to break in.

I bought two pairs of these pants and after several washings they are still very stiff. I was hoping they would be a nice soft cotton but that wasn't the case.
