Lightweight option for active mountain days
I work on the mountain in winter and summer and bought the Tour LT as my lighter glove for warmer days and active work. The lightweight lining and reinforced leather palms are what drew me to these—I wanted protection without the bulk of a heavily insulated winter glove. Looking forward to putting them to work.
Want to Love These
The sizing for the Tour LT is way off. Compared to my normal BD size -Medium- the fingers are short and the thumb is HUGE! So much extra material on the thumb I can't imagine using a carabiner with it. If it does fit for you, the build, warmth, and dexterity are fantastic for a touring glove. Good for uphill on a cool/cold day. I'd opt for liners on a warm day and wear these on the downhill.
Light and versatile
These gloves are great when skinny or hiking on the early morning. They keep you hands dry and warm without overheating. While I would not recommend them for a cold day at the resort, in a pinch they will keep a bit of warmth as you tear back down the slope after earning those turns.
Perfect for all but the coldest BC laps
Love the fit and quality of these gloves. They have done a great job keeping my hands warm while still having some dexterity for buckling boots or adjusting layers.
