No customer support
I ordered on Tuesday and chose the fastest delivery available. Yet the parcel will only arrive on Monday next week. This totally destroyed my travel plans as I need the items on my Europe trip. The customer support was not helpful at all. I repeatedly asked if they could ship the items asap but they said no b/c no and it took them 2.5 days to pack and hand it over to FedEx.
