TOO SMALL
Love the handles on all sides. The material is super durable and keeping items cold with the large ice sheet is no problem. Where I feel the 5L falls drastically short is its depth. It says you can fit 10 cans in it, but it won’t close with the ice sheet inside. It also only allows for a very small lunch inside. Honestly, I should’ve bought the bag instead. Overall great product if you eat like a bird, because it’s just too small for a man on a long shift.

I bought this lunch box about 3 weeks ago for work. The lunch box with the Yeti Large Ice Sheet at the bottom keep everything cold for 12 hours. The size is just right for everything I need to survive a 12 hour shift at the hospital.

I REALLY wanted the Red! I have the 3l day trip but it’s sometimes a tight fit to pack lunch and a tad too small for longer shifts. The rescue red was an excuse to buy The 5L. Everything fits more easily with room to spare. I love the pocket for utensils, tea bags or other small items. I generally don’t use an ice pack as there’s a fridge at work but there’s plenty of room. Easy to pack, Carry, & clean.
Great cooler for the price
I used this with the yeti ice to transport frozen breast milk from Philadelphia to Miami. It kept it frozen from 6:30 am to 1 pm. I did leave this in my hot car with ice cubes and the ice cubes all melted and leaked out the zipper so I wouldn’t recommend using regular ice cubes. I now use this every day to keep my breast pumps cold while I travel to and from work.
