Good fit. Not warm. Stains easily
This product fits well and I love the looks but does not insulate well. Poor quality stitching lets tons of cold in. You can see light through every stitch. Also outside material stains with just a little water. The Patagonia patch in the front soaks water and distributes into material. This would work inside but that is not why I bought a jacket. Really bummed. I loved the look.
Feels plasticy and not as warm as other options
I've had many lightweight puffys over the years that were better. I thought Patagonia would have a good one at this price range, but it is much less comfortable and has plastic insulation. I will probably get the REI brand one next time.
Lightweight jacket
It met what I'm looking for in a jacket. Lightweight and can easily pack 🥰
Checked all the boxes: fit, price point, practical
This jacket is the perfect find for wintry city needs. It’s the combination of great style, roomy and light fit, warm and windproof. Fits shorter than most jackets which I like, so it draws in at the waist. The hood feels roomy initially but is perfect over a ball cap, or hoodie.
Not a Fan
Great jacket to wear to and from the office. Average warmth. This is not the jacket for extended outdoor utility in cold temps. Fully zipped leaves neck exposed without protection from the cold.
First and last time I buy a status jacket
I bought the Patagonia diamond quilted bomber in tan/brown I had been eyeing for 2 years. It sat in my truck for 2 days and when it was finally cold enough to wear I put it on and noticed it had dark coloring all over the pockets, armpit and around the zipper. I tried to rub it with my thumb and all it fid was made it worse. My hands were clean but it seemed like my natural oils were causing the material to discolor. I ran it under water to try to see if it would come off and the water just soaked right into the fabric. Not only is this jacket not waterproof or water repellent as you would expect from a $200 jacket, but it has zero protection your own skin let alone any elements you might try to put it through. If you intend to wear this jacket and expect it to last, I would not buy. If you want to tell people you have a patagucci and keep it in your closet, this is your jacket.
I’d Recommend It To A Friend
This coat has a huge hood, fits comfortably, is flattering to the physique, does not restrict my movement, and is warm and comfortable. Regarding the hood, if you were wearing a climbing or military helmet, it would be perfect, but for a bare head, it's extremely large. SIZE: Large PHYSIQUE: Military, lean, runner/swimmer. Long arms.
This seems to be a solid jacket but...
The sizing on this jacket is a bitt of. I am 5' 11" and about 160 lbs, When zipped up the medium restricted my arm movement and the large was way too baggy. A size in between would be perfect. While I did not get a chance to use the jacket it seemed like a solid model if it fits you.
Casual Winter Jacket
Had a to buy Men's because Womens XL would not zip at hips. Purchased Men's L. A little bigger in shoulders but overall good fit...zipped up well. I like the elastic around cuff's to keep out wind lower part of jacket also.Hood is WAY to big with no adjustment, only ties. Nice outside zip pocket. Hand pockets are very deep and cozy. Wore a Hoodie under as jacket needs warmth back up for 17 degrees with wind. For $199 I would think there should be a INSIDE POCKET!!!
Perfect Fit
Absolutely comfortable, not puffy at all, perfect fit and soft material.
