I love that these are much lighter weight than most chacos, but the sole was very slippery when I tried them on a wood floor so I’m returning them.
Comfy for everyday wear!
I have narrow, thin, size 9.5 feet (yes, flippers lol). These Chaco’s feet my feet best! I have a few different pairs of the zx/2 and z3. They have super long straps for my style of feet. I either have to have them trimmed and sewn at a shoe repair or safety pin them. I don’t have to with these!! The shoes are more cushioned for pavement walking. They do have a weird layer of what looks to be felt on 2/3s of the sole. I’m not so sure about that. We shall see. These are definitely not for hiking, but will be great for every day use!
Slippery Sole
I also found the sole to be very slippery on a wood floor, which seems dangerous.

My comfy friend
I was replacing a 15 yo pair of Chacos. The toe loop sandal does require patience as you find the right adjustment, but once you do you will not be disappointed. Comfortable for long distance, great support, great with summer dresses. Not as easy as slipping into a pair of Birks, but the additional effort is worth the time. I am a size 8.5 and bought a size 9.
