Could of been good

Did fit nice but it would be nice if the tag was not stitched into the hat, tried to remove it so I could wear it with the smaller logo thats on the inside and the stitching has come undone and its fallen apart now. It looks likes it supposed to be reversible but isnt ?

Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stitching came undone when you tried to remove the tag. That’s certainly not the experience we want you to have. The Satoro Merino Toque is designed to be reversible, as noted on the product description page, so we understand your confusion when the construction didn’t hold up as expected. We’d be happy to take a closer look and encourage you to submit a Product Service Request form so our team can assist you further. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. https://arcteryx.com/ca/en/help/product-service/service-request

Just right

Perfect light weight wool beanie to wear under my ski helmet this winter! Not too bulky, but will add breathable warmth to my head on those chillier days. Plus, I can hide my freaked out hair under it at lunch or apres ski!

Design, color and material, I approve.

Love the material, only worn it a few times but thus far its been great. I have the purple one and the print/ design or whatever you call it blends nicely. Would buy more colors if they weren't out of stock. Recommend.

definitely worth purchasing if you can get one

I really like the way it fits on my head and how it looks, but the only downside is that it’s not reversible as it is stated online because of the huge tag that’s inside. That’s my only complaint, but I still love it.

smaller logo and better color shades

nice hat , but lousy color choices ,except the black and white one . The shades of the other colors are ugly for the most part .The logo is too big , looks Goddy , other than that ,i like the hat.

Poor design & quality

Purchased this in store yesterday. Under any circumstances do not cut out the label to wear it reversed as advertised, the stitching came loose when I tried to do this

Hi Lewis, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Satoro Merino Toque. We're really sorry for the trouble you ran into when removing the label to wear it reversed. That’s understandably frustrating, especially with a brand-new purchase. The toque is intended to be worn both ways, so the stitching coming loose when the label was cut is not the experience we want. Feedback like this is incredibly helpful, and we’ve passed your comments along to our team so they can take another look at the design and instructions around the label. We’d also like the chance to take a closer look and see how we can help. When you have a moment, please reach out to our after-sales team by submitting a product service request here: https://arcteryx.com/ca/en/help/product-service.

Not the quality Arc’teryx has been known for.

Not nearly the quality of product I’d expect from Arc’teryx. Clearly cutting corners to cut costs and increase profits. Time to look at other brand options.

Hello there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Satoro Merino Toque, and we’re sorry to hear that it didn’t meet the level of quality you expect from us. We understand how disappointing it feels when a piece doesn’t align with your expectations, and we appreciate you letting us know. If you’re open to it, we’d value more insight into what specifically felt lacking for you — whether it was the fit, the fabric, durability, or something else — as this helps our product teams better understand where the experience fell short. Your feedback is important to us and will be passed along as we continue refining our designs.
