Bought this as a Christmas gift for the wife who used it daily in the New Mexico Winter. Very good looking jacket and a nice daily outer layer from the house to work as well as walking around outside during winter market activities.
The jacket was for my step mom and absolutely checked every box. Great fit. Good length for winter walking and just the right amount of warmth. Both stylish and athletic, just like her.
Amazing quality jacket. Super warm and lightweight. Easily packable. Lower quality cold weather jackets just do not compare.
My wife is cold all the time. She wears this coat as an everyday coat when we are at our house in Idaho.
mom loves it, has no issues so far and keeps her warm in the outdoor freezing temperatures.
Exceeded expectations with great quality and warmth!
It's great quality and is perfect for cold weather.
The quality of the jacket is great. Warm, well built, the style is beautiful and the colour (bone) matches the picture. The proportions however I do find a bit odd. There is tons of extra room at the top and the back of the shoulders ( I can grab a handful of fabric) so moving your arms forward is no problem at all. At the front of the shoulders however there is no extra fabric and no mobility or stretch so it ends up pulling on your chest even if you are not moving your arms backwards. If you have a bigger bust or broad shoulders this can be a problem. Down through the torso and hips there is lots of room (again, I can grab a handful of fabric front and back) but then at bottom of the parka it is tight with no give so if you want bring your legs up or sit comfortably you have to unzip the bottom. I am 5'4 and 120 lbs and typically wear small or medium. I tried on the small but it was way too big with a lot of extra fabric through the torso but the shoulders did fit and I didn't have to unzip the bottom. I sized down to the extra small and everything fits great except the front of the shoulders/armpit could really use more room or some stretch. Added mobility or fabric at the bottom of the jacket would make sitting/bring your legs up much easier as well. It really is a very nice jacket, but if you have a slim athletic build with broader shoulders or a bigger bust I would not recommend. It will most likely be either be too small or too big. In comparison, I have a RAB down parka in extra small and I have room days in the shoulders and chest.
