The Hoodie that fits my character

The fabric, fit, quality, and color of this jacket exude a sense of character, particularly for someone like myself who is very outdoorsy. For individuals who love the outdoors, this is a must-have piece of gear due to its comfort and style.

Super awesome multipurpose softshell jacket

I've used the Gamma Hoody on a few hikes, a backpacking trip, bouldering, and will probably use it splitboard touring in the winter and spring. The fabric is light enough to breathe during activity but is more than durable enough to handle heavy backpacks and brushing up against rocks and trees. It also kept out wind and light rain very well. The fit is generous enough to be able to layer underneath if needed and there are plenty of pockets for storage. This is a great jacket and will see lots of use year round for all sorts of activities.

Awesome lightweight softshell

Great all-round piece. Love mine for rock climbing, nice and breathable, super durable, looks great, the mars colour specifically is awesome! 4 large pockets are appreciated and lots of adjusters for the hood to go over a helmet and to cinch the hem. Relatively long sleeves built for having your arms above your head but still a good length for around town. DWR treatment sheds some light rain which is also great.

Great fit

I love the slightly relaxed fit, and the additional pockets are great. At 5'11" and 175, I frequently fall between medium and large with Arc, but a medium fits perfectly. I gave it 4 not 5 because the hem adjusters hang outside the jacket, and are kinda bulky. The Gamma lightweight hoody hem adjusters are far superior. And the hood is a bit large, but overall a great jacket.

My go to softshell!

I love this jacket even more than I expected. The softshell, stretchy fabric with loose fit makes it incredibly comfortable. The draw string hem allows me to adjust the waist to give a little more shape and keep more warmth in. This has become my go to jacket for cooler evenings in the city, my outer layer when camping or even biking. Love it!

Great jacket!

Had a chance to use this hoody in an alpine environment over the last four days. Excellent breathability, but felt like it was really cutting the wind as well. It is light and packable, and fits extremely well. Cannot yet comment on durability or water shedding ability.

Great coat

I have bought the coat for general wear, hiking, walking the dog and for cycling. It is very comfortable, the fit is perfect. I have cycled to work a couple of times and in my regular coat I normally feel hot and sweaty but in this coat no such problem.

Great jacket

I own several Arc jackets ( down, shell, fleece), and recently bought the Gamma hoody. It fits well, and I really like the adjustable hood. Great buy, I highly recommend!

Fit for large is a bit too large

So far I love this jacket but I think the large is too large and the medium was too tight to put any layers under. Even with some base layers under it’s too large
