I’ve had my BETA AR shell for 7 years. I use it exclusively for skiing at -20C and above with suitable layering under it (also Arc’teryx) as well as occasional daily wear in the winter. Absolutely love this jacket, it is waterproof, wind proof and lightweight enough to allow me to wear under layers without feeling too bulky. My wife has one also. I will get a new one soon once I tire of the color…lol. Double thumbs up for me!!

I have received the Beta AR jacket. I think the color is Nightscape. I have a Beta AR jacket with the color being Euphoria. The Euphoria colored jacket has been gratin dealing with the rain. If the Nightscape colored Beta AR jacket works as well I will be quite pleased. It is too bad Arcteryx doesn'tmake the Beta AR jacket in the colors Euphoria any more. I am trying to have the Euphoria Beta AR jacket repaired. There are delamination issues in the sleeves. I am pretty sure the process of fixing the jacket is happening. Pictures and answers about the jacket have been sent to Arcteryx.

I just bought this jacket a week ago and was wearing it for the first time, it was raining and the water from the rain was leaking through the zippers. Not just that but one of the zippers keeps on getting stuck. really bad quality, would not recommend and would definitely expect a refund.
