Too Scratchy for a Base Layer

No, I do not recommend this product

The inner fabric feels extremely scratchy and uncomfortable against bare skin. For a base layer, I would much prefer a softer, skin-friendly fleece like the one used in the Rho LT. The fleece in the Rho SV feels more like something designed for a midlayer rather than a next-to-skin base layer. While warmth is important, comfort should never be sacrificed, especially for a product meant to be worn directly against the skin. I hope Arc’teryx will consider using a softer fleece lining in future versions, similar to the Rho LT.

Not heavyweight

No, I do not recommend this product

Not as heavy as I expected. Probably fine for cold skiing and ice climbing but wanted it for expedition use. Material is not very soft for a bottom.
