Very Durable!

Built well top to bottom. This pair of pants is very warm even when trudging through the snow. Full length zippers allow for ease of use on and off. They fit under a harness or over one. They fit well over big boots up to 8000m boots. They can get wet, tossed around, and generally beat up and they will be just fine. I wear them every single day in the winter at the crag and on snow machines. As well as on expeditions around the world including Vinson in Antarctica.

Absolutely a great piece of gear!!!!!

These were given to me as a gift. They are absolutely perfect for me and the stuff I do. Ice climbing, winter backpacking and just for those cold days where you need a bit more than a shell. Pack down so small I don't even know they are in my pack until I need them. Super light weight. Great going on and off with the side zips so I don't need to take anything off or on but the pants. Warm and I mean warm. Great accessory to my kit when staying warm is a must.

Old features

We live in the Arctic, so today we're -55F with windchill and we use the compressor pants to do daily things outside. We had to buy a new pair of compressor pants and they are sewn different so you feel the cold air coming in through the seams. On the older pair the inside and outside were sewn together in minimal places so they let in less cold air. Other than that they are great quality

Ultimate Alpine Gear: The Perfect Pant for High-Altitude Adventures

As a professional guide working in Argentina and other countries, I’ve put the Men's Compressor™ Alpine Pant to the test in demanding environments, and it has exceeded my expectations. This pant is ideal for climbing mountains between 4,000 and 6,000 meters and for staying comfortable in cold, snowy, or icy conditions. Key Features I Love: Warmth and Durability: The insulation provides excellent warmth without sacrificing durability, even in harsh alpine conditions. Compressibility: It packs down small, which is a huge advantage when you’re trying to save space in your gear bag. Its compact design makes it easy to carry in a compression sack without adding bulk. Side Zippers: This is my favorite feature. The full-length side zippers on both legs allow you to put the pants on or take them off without having to remove your double boots or crampons. This saves time and effort, especially in challenging weather or terrain. Versatility: Whether I’m climbing, guiding, or setting up camp, this pant adapts to different needs, making it incredibly versatile. The Men's Compressor™ Alpine Pant has become a key piece of gear in my alpine kit. For anyone planning to climb high-altitude mountains or spend time in cold, snowy environments, I highly recommend it. It’s warm, practical, and built to perform in extreme conditions. Verdict: This pant is a must-have for mountaineers and guides looking for functionality, durability, and top-notch performance.
