Comfortable Shorts, but wrong description
Product description is incorrect. There are no front pockets in the women's version and the back pocket is a zipper closure, not velcro. The shorts also run a little large (size Small runs more like a US 6 to 8 rather than the typical 4 to 6)
Black Diamond Women's Sierra Shorts
I purchased the Black Diamond Sierra short based on several pair of long BD pants that I own of a similar style. I ordered a size medium which fits in the longer length however the short runs smaller. The short is as it is depicted in the description and picture. The pull on short has a 2 part waistband. The front portion of the band is the same as the short fabric while the back of the short is made of a stretchy fabric. I chose not to order the short in a large because I thought the leg would be too full.
