Great all round pants
I like these way more than the regular traveler pants. The twill fabric makes them look and feel a lot like normal pants which they technically are I suppose. These fellas (the pants) have a straight cut leg with room to move around without looking too baggy or overall outdoorsy so if you're travelling or wearing them to work they look solid. Also great for work and date night ;) . My one gripe is that I would prefer a slightly higher waist these seem to fit a tad lower that Patagonia's denim and climbing pants.
I tried 3x, but the fit and cut is just too baggy.
I love Patagonia's mission and aspirations towards fair trade and sustainability, but I could not keep this product... because I couldn't find a use for it. I ordered this product three times, trying to find a fit that would work. I tried regular at one size, then slim fit at another, and then again slim fit at another sizing. Each time the pants were extremely baggy in the legs and crotch. (If you're old enough to remember MC Hammer and "hammer pants," that's relatively close to the look.) I had hoped I could wear these around the office, but then saw the cut and fit would not work for that. Then I hoped I could just find the right fit to wear them casually... but the reality is that they just look ridiculous. I'm moving to a different company for sustainable, ethical and WEARABLE clothing.
