The Best Blue Jacket!
I LOVE this jacket. I wore it today in NYC and it is very comfortable and lightweight but enough of a layer that I was glad I had it in an air conditioned train.

Love this zip up hoodie. The color is bright & cheerful, the material is super soft & the length is perfect, especially for a short person - below the waist & just above the hip.
