My go to cold weather biking & run vest

I use this for cold weather biking and running. The fleece back breathes and adds warmth. The wind block panel in the front is perfect. Chest pocket for my glasses or phone, rear zip for nutrition storage. Reflectivity included for those shoulder season days!
