Need a skinny chest and a fat head for this to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very warm half zip pull over. The fir is true to size. Used on many morning hikes (40deg). Too warm for running as it's not as breathable. This is a great winter/late fall pullover for hiking/walking. I do love the thumb holes too keep the hands warm on windy days. Too thick for me on trail runs. Haven't washed it yet, and it still smells new. Definitely keeps odors away. Smartwool gave me this free product to try. Spent 5 Days in the North Maine Woods on an Overlanding/Hiking Trip. The weather was cold and wet. This Mid-Layer Hoodie was all I needed to stay warm and comfortable. The fit was perfect for me as I am 6'6' Tall, and I was sent a 2XL. I had warm this on a few small hike's prior, however, the true test was this trip. From Frosty morning to Cold nights, I was comfortable and happy. The next test will be a winter Presidential Travers. Great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. My honest review is this hoodie is for a do-it-all type of person. I spent days in this hoodie and have come to love it. I took it on a 3 day hunting/camping trip to layer with and wear around camp. It is a great mid layer option on those days that dropped into the low 40s and morning in the mid 30s. Its a great piece to be able to wear around camp and be comfortable too. The fit is great, the thumbholes make it nice when using it as a layering piece, and the fleece arms make it nice for quiet movement. Merino wool is always great for the properties, all of my hiking and hunting endeavors is done with merino wool clothing so this fit right in for me. Wearing it for days camping and hiking and hunting, I didnt start to smell it. The temperature regulating properties of it were also great, you can move around all day with it or sit still and be comfortable.

Fits snuggly. Agree fabric is a bit wrinkly... until you form fit it on your body.

As a backpacker, I appreciate that it has loft where it counts and leaves it out where it would be extraneous. It is very warm without feeling bulky. I love the low-profile hood and the thumbholes. The one thing that would make this really shine would be front pockets/pouch to slide one's hands into.

Finally, the ideal cool/cold weather top layer. It's perfect with a wool long sleeved top underneath, even at 15 degrees. The wind stopper front keeps the cold at bay and the soft wool keeps things warm and comfy.
