I was actually in a jet ski accident and flew off and the bag stayed keeping my phone, bank cards, and other things completely dry!! Amazing especially due to the extent of my injuries and accident and shape of the jet ski. The bag somehow stood up and saved some of my most important possessions and besides all that it’s convenient to wear even when not riding or paddle boarding Much better and bigger than the 1st hitchhiker I bought

This pouch is very convenient for storing your phone, keys, etc., but beware that sticking it to the magnetic spot on the Bote paddle board doesn’t guarantee it will stay put. First, the zipper is very difficult to close all the way so be sure you get it all the way to the end or it won’t be water tight. Second, make sure you use the strap to secure the pouch somewhere on the paddle board instead of trusting the magnet. My son was using the pouch without the strap on a Bote paddle board and fell off. The pouch fell off with him but we didn’t notice right away. He must not have gotten the zipper all the way closed because the pouch was nowhere to be found, leading us to believe it sank, with his brand new iPhone inside. If used correctly with redundant measures this is a good pouch, but don’t rely on the magnet alone to secure your valuables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of room for Cell Phone, keys, wallet. Foam insert to keep shape for shipping is not easy to remove. Does not come with instructions on how to open and close it properly. Had to look the zipper type up online. NOT ON BOTE site. Also, no instructions on wearing the strap options.

I use it when paddling on my ISUP as well as carry it when I bike ride or hike. Never know when a summer shower will pop up. Especially like the new larger size.

Great little waterproof bag. It holds my keys, phone and wallet, etc for a quick trip on the lake in my kayak. The strap allows it to be worn across my torso or as a fanny pack. Super functional and really good quality.
