NO LACES???
They stopped selling these with regular shoelaces!!! And REI says, go out buy a pair yourself!. History: I bought a pair of plain KNX Sneex in Black about 5 months ago and they were really nice. Weirdly, they came with one short, flimsy, 'display' lace on each shoe that you tie on the side with a little half hitch. It's like a half shoe lace. But the original shoes also came with a pair of regular laces too, which I replaced as soon as I realized the display lace was inadequate to hold the shoes on correctly and keep the heel in place. So I asked my wife to buy me this pair in brown, and they sent it without the real laces. Customer services answer - go buy your own laces. I contacted Keen and they said they don't sell laces for their shoes. Finding matching laces/proper size is going to be a PAIN IN THE SOLE and now I'm stuck. Really? REALLY? I'm a member, I have the credit card. Our dividend is over $1000. My family spends thousands at REI a year? IS ANYBODY over there using their heads? Shoes without laces????? C'mon guys, push back for your consumer. You USED TO.
