Unique style

Since this jacket is a relatively new addition to the Arc'teryx collection with limited reviews available, I was initially hesitant to purchase it. As my other Arc'teryx clothing tends to be a snug fit and the Konseal Pullover Hoody has a looser fit, I decided to order a size up. This way, I could wear it not only for outdoor activities but also for casual, oversized styling in town. When I received the jacket, it immediately felt perfect for my needs. It’s roomy enough to layer over a thick base layer for colder weather yet warm enough to wear over a T-shirt at home or around town. While I still need more time to assess its durability and technical performance, I am very pleased with the jacket so far.

Super cozy and durable

I love almost everything about it. Nice relaxed fit even at the Cuffs which is unusual. The long front zipper is the bonus for dumping Heat and making it easy to take on and off although the interior fleece grabs most clothing so it still wants to pull your shirt off when you remove it. Very thin but weatherproof and useful Hood with quick cinch pull on the back. Fully helmet compatible. Honestly I actually wish it wasn't helmet compatible since this is a fleece item and the hood is so thin it is not going to keep you very warm or fight off much rain so it would be better suited to going under a helmet. Love the drawcord to keep out the cold and also changed the look. Wish it had side pockets or kangaroo pocket.

Solid quality all away around.

Quality always better than expected. Rugged comfortable and stylish. No surprises with sizes. I always order one size bigger for my arm length and to layer.

Awesome Sweater

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This sweater seems like a winner. Time will tell how it holds up, but it's comfy, fits on the large size, which I appreciate as I'm tall but too slim for XL's and often find a large fits but doesn't have the length I need. I got it in black and love the look. Just as at home teaching rope rescue as it is running errands in town and everything in between. The only change is make would be to have hand pockets.

Awesome hoody

This top has a tough hardface exterior with a soft fleece lining, making it both durable and comfortable. The fit is on the looser side, giving it a technical yet casual feel—great for cragging or just wearing around town. The quality seems solid so far, though time will tell how well it holds up. If you prefer a closer, snug fit, I’d recommend sizing down.

Great hoody!

Great hoody for fall, slightly cooler temperatures. If there’s a good wind you feel it in the lower arms but it breathes nicely so you don’t overheat. The hood is thin but good to keep off drizzle. Loose fitting which is great if you layer up as the weather gets cooler. If you like a snug fit best to go down a size. Love it on hikes and general use.

This thing is great as far as fit, design, function. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately i have to return it because the nightscape color has an EXTREMELY strong chemical order. I may try to reorder it in the canvas color to see if there’s less smell. It was so strong it gave me a headache. The articulation is really good, especially if you have wider shoulders, and a bigger back. The stitching is really nice as well. This is one of the few times where I feel like the hood could be slightly larger to accommodate a helmet, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Hopefully, when I order the lighter color, the smell won’t be as bad and I can use this for years to come. The only issue I have is the glued on pocket. I don’t understand the point of making failure points on such a tiny pocket that’s barely useful anyway. Either forgo the little pocket altogether or stitch it on so the peace lasts longer. I’ll always take issue with unnecessary glueing however.

Konseal review

A well-designed, warm piece that looks like it offers excellent protection from the elements. I love the design, materials, and overall style Arc’teryx chose. Unfortunately, the fit ran large for me, I usually wear a size large (5’11”, 186 lbs) and had to return it. Once it’s restocked in a medium, I’ll definitely be ordering it again

So comfortable

So comfortable and breathable. I've use it for everything, hiking, climbing, relaxing around the house and windy walks. They don't make this product for women's so I bought the mens and was a little worried it would be tight in the hip area but its very roomy. Highly recommend, my new favorite piece.

Perfect for warmer months

It’s a good jacket, the fit is abit oversized I’d say if you want a more slim fit go a size down if you don’t mind/want baggy fit then get your regular size I love the materials on this jacket seem like it will handle abrasion quite well very comfortable definitely a great jacket
