Gerber  Armbar Mini Keychain Multi-Tool

Despite its small size, it feels sturdy and well-built. The knife is sharp out of the box, and the tools (like the scissors and bottle opener) are practical for everyday use. Great for quick tasks without carrying a full-sized multitool. Ideal for minimalists or as a backup EDC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very handy little gadget. I have already used it to dig a metal splinter out of my hand that tweezers wouldn't touch. It is good for the price as well. I take it every where with me because you never know which gadget you might need.

I'm a big fan of the armbar drive, so much so that I gave the armbar mini a try when it came out. I wasn't really into EDC multitools but the armbar drive is just so useful I found myself carrying it most days. So in comparison, the armbar mini isn't quite as useful, but is more of a specialty tool in my opinion. As in, ill seek it out when I need one of the tools it features. Such as, I have a splinter and need the tweezers to extract it or an arm on my sunglasses has a bolt that needs tightened. Or in my case, a kids toy that uses small screws to access the battery compartment. Otherwise the knife is very useful as well as the Scissors. Both are very sharp and very capable for their size. Materials appear to be high quality. The Scissors are great at cutting plastic tags off clothes and kids shoes. I really enjoyed the bottle opener/hammer that clicks open and closed on the armbar drive. The mini features a bottle opener thats always open or engaged. Im not a big fan of this. I figured it would pinch or get caught on clothing while its held in a pocket. However it's so small, I haven't noticed this to be a problem yet. I havent tried the bottle opener feature but i imagine you may have to pry the bottle cap open in a couple places before it pops off. Its smaller in size than the armbar drive and I've had that issue with the slightly larger bottle opener featured on that tool. So overall I'd give this tool a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Its useful and very helpful in certain situations, but its not something I'd willingly carry with me for everyday use. Its use as a keychain tool seems to be the perfect spot for a tool of this size and price. And when it's needed, it won't let you down.

This is a rebranding of the Dime, maybe less features. Is it warrantied? Guaranteed? My scissors broke about 1 week in. I like the features, but is not as durable as expected. 😖

It's built with durability in mind and includes a useful selection of tools: flathead driver, Phillips driver, plain edge blade, scissors, tweezers, and a bottle opener. While the tools are a bit stiff and can be difficult to pull out from the compact housing, that may improve with regular use. Overall, it’s a practical, space-saving tool to have on hand for everyday tasks or minor emergencies.

Was very disappointment. Gerber usually make a good product. Not so with this. The scissors and the tweezers are poor quality, the screw driver bits are to small to be useful. DON"T WAIST YOUR MONEY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super handy little multi tool! I love having it on my keys so I have quick access to it when doing chores! The tiny tweezers were prefect for getting some thistles out of dogs paw on a hike, and the knife works prefect for opening up the chicken feed bags! Going to be adding these as stocking stuffers for family members at Christmas this year for sure!!
