To verify the manufacturer's waterproof claim, i submerged the kit in my pool?, then removed it and opened the case. I was impressed to find that all of the contents inside remained completely dry. Based on is durability and practical design., I would highly recommend keeping this kit at home, in your vehicle, or on a boat for added peace of mind in an emergency.

As the result the infection showed up and thanks to this kit I was able to get the wound cleaned and safe until the doctors visit. Also appreciate for ibuprofen that comes along with everything else, it worked as pain relief for him and helped my headache as well. Overall, good product that I’d like to have outside home to deal with situation like that.

You never have to worry about it sinking in water as the nylon pouch floats, water does seep in the nylon pouch however the inner packages content stayed totally dried when properly sealed. You get a bang for your dollar with all the contents included in this, the kit contains 120 pieces which includes wound care dressings, aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, allergy, and insect sting relief, blister care, and some instruments as seen in the photo. The medications are imprinted with expiration dates so you’ll know when to replace them. Overall this is a great item to take on any outdoor trip such as camping/hiking trips, bicycling, and quading to name a few. It’s compact enough to fit in small compartments, and also has two loops on each side for easy attaching to something else.

My family had a trip to the beach and my son got stung or cut by something while in the water. I used the antiseptic towelette, alcohol pads and sting relieve pad. Purchased this last minute before going on a hike to Enchantments. Used it when I fell over 50! down Asgard Pass. Well I should say my son used it on me. It took care of my gash on my head which later needed 5 stitches when I checked into the ER. One druther, why don't you include a quick contents list in the package, so that while you are handling the emergency situation, you know that you have ointment, what types of bandages, medications, etc. are available. Otherwise a 5!
