Leveled up my roof box with this duffel set
I was excited about these duffels to help provide some organization for our roof box and they far exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for roof box organization that's well-thought out, packs up small, and versatile, this set is for you! The duffels are perfect for our roof box, but I love them so much I find myself grabbing for these duffels over other ones even when they're just going in the trunk. When we're camping or headed out on a trip, it's always a struggle to keep things organized in the roof box. We used to toss stuff up there and then try to shuffle things around so it all fit. I'm short (5'1"), so being able to see into the box and organize is not easy for me. These bags have made packing up our roof box so much more enjoyable and everything stays so organized. Now I can pack our loose items into their respective bags and I actually know where everything is. Each bag has different colored handles so you can identify which bag is which even if they get shuffled around. They also have a handle on the end so you can easily pull the bags down for the box with ease. I also really love how the bags have backpack straps so it's easy to transport the bags once they're out of the box or car. The versatility of the bags is also really amazing. You can use one bag, or all four. You can pack them full to the brim or just fill up half the bag and since these pack down so nicely, the half-full bag doesn't take up much room. Most recently, we went camping and needed to put our chairs, tent, and camp table up in the box, so we filled the rest of the box with two of the GoPack duffels and they were able to fit most of our miscellaneous camping gear. The packability of these bags exceeded my expectations. I had no idea they would pack down so small and with the carrying case/organizer, it really keeps things tidy and extra compact. I'm very impressed with how small these pack down to be while still being durable and well-made. Overall, I'm super impressed with this duffel set and can't wait to see all the ways we use them. With all of the amazing, well-thought out features, the possibilities are truly endless!
Best Duffel Bags for the Motion 3 Cargo Carrier!
I purchased the Thule GoPack Duffel Set (distinct from the Thule GoPack, which lacks backpack straps) along with the Thule Motion 3 Cargo Carrier for our cross-country trip from the Midwest to the West Coast. These bags justify their cost, significantly simplifying packing and unpacking. The adjustable backpack straps are a fantastic addition, especially when a hotel luggage cart isn't available. They fit perfectly into the cargo carrier, and the four different colored handles ensure everyone can easily identify their bag. After using them, I can't imagine road-tripping with traditional luggage again—these GoPack Duffel Set truly streamline the packing process.
An Organization Dream!
My husband and I are obsessed with this Duffel set. The storage bag is ingenious! We have it hanging in our garage so we can easily grab a bag for gear storage and go. Whether we are gearing up to go camping, biking, skiing or just for a weekend trip, we are always taking a few of these duffles with us. We especially love the color coded handles and handle placement. When we stow them in our Thule Motion 3XL Low roof box, it's easy to quick identify and grab a bag from the box without having to open them up and look inside. This is one of those products you didn't know you needed, but you do! Upgrade your duffle bags, you won't regret it.
Imperfect, but still great.
Well... these are WAY overpriced for what you get. That being said... they are still PERFECT for our family of four to use with the Thule Motion 3 XL cargo box. The straps are a great design. I wish the bottom of the bag had some rigidity (plastic inserts?) to hold it's form a little better and some additional pockets would be nice as well. Despite the inflated price and lack of features it still gets 5 stars for the perfect fit for our family and Thule cargo carrier. The color coding and tailored size make loading and unloading a breeze. I'm happy we spent the money.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the Thule GoPack Duffel Set! These bags are a game-changer for packing, loading, and unloading on trips. They made the whole process so much faster and more efficient, allowing us to maximize every inch of space in our Thule rack. We packed way more than expected, and everything fit perfectly in an organized way. The quality is excellent, and the practical design saved us time and effort. We bought the set of four duffel bags but could have easily fit a fifth! Instead, we used four duffels and a medium suitcase—everything fit, and we even had room to add fishing rods and a tackle box. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect travel companion! And love the storage case for the duffel bags when not in use that are included in this set.
Very helpful and efficient
I've been using the GoPack duffel set with the Thule Motion 3 XXL, and they're super helpful for organization! I'll be honest, this isn't a need that I've considered in the past, but I've certainly been putting them to great use. They're color coded so that you don't forget what you've put where, and pack down small when not in use. Overall, while not a necessity, they're a great addition to any roofbox for those that don't want it looking like a disorganized junk drawer!
Absolutely Worth It
I was on the fence about buying the duffel set, but I am honestly extremely happy that I did. They pack A LOT of stuff and fit great in our Thule roof storage. If you're on the fence, the duffel set is super worth it. An added bonus are the colors on the straps to help you know what is in what if you want to separate things.
The best purchase!
I bought a Thule cargo box for my Volvo SUV. With a family of five we have lots of luggage when we travel. These duffel bags came up as a suggestion to buy. I thought they look like a good idea, but they’re amazing! We fit all of our clothes for a week in four duffel bags and they fit perfectly in the Thule box.
Nice Duffels, Large Capacity
I bought these to use with my large Motion 3 roof box on a road trip. They hold a lot, and all four fit in the box with room to space. I recommend packing cubes to organize your stuff inside the duffels.

The gopack duffel bags are great! There are 4 different colours so we can ach have one and they are very large. I really love how they fold up so small and compact for storing when not in use.
