Poor customer service from Tahe
I purchased a Tahe Breeze LP2 kayak in 2021 for use on mostly flatwater rivers and lakes. It's fine for a recreational paddle and nothing technical (which is what was expected). The kayak is tricky to fold up and tends to retain water in various areas leaving it hard to completely dry out. The inflatable bladders also seem to be made of a flimsy plastic (see below). My biggest frustration has been with the lack of customer service and slow response from the company (Tahe). The pontoon bladder of the kayak developed a hole due to material weakness of the bladder. It was not a puncture but a tear that developed. I contacted the company via email (generic email address with no indication of receipt) and eventually received a response after multiple inquiries but no action on replacing the bladder. It has been over a month and I still do not have a replacement pontoon bladder. Would recommend a brand that responds to inquiries and has a more robust material for inflatable bladders.
Comfortable Ride
Very comfortable ride for flatwater and plenty of room for the cooler me and the pup.
