I used it twice - once for a front fork, once for a rear shock, then it broke. That's $17.50 per use... seems a bit expensive. However, I'll return it and REI will no doubt be as awesome as they always are in terms of refunding or replacing.

I have used this pump for a couple months now and it works great. I use it for my mountain bike and dirt bike air fork as well. Highly recommend it.
