poor quality, high price
These went on sale, so I took the risk. They look cool, and I’d heard great things about Vivobarefoot’s quality. I’m usually a size 10, but sized down based on recommendations. With the insole in the shoes were REALLY shallow and tight. I took out the insole and they fit better. That said, they are not as wide as I was hoping they would be. I’d would call them narrow compared to Altra or Whitin shoes. I’ll be honest, these are terrible value so far. They are not holding up well with fairly low stress daily wear. The outsole began delaminating within the first week of wear. I have not run or exercised in them, just worn them to work or around town. Went to see about a warranty claim, thinking surely this is a bad pair. Turns out, they only offer warranty when you buy through their website. In other words, this was not actually a deal at all. Very disappointing. Ended up (kind of) fixing them with shoe goo. Will wear them till they fall apart, but won’t buy another pair.
Expensive, poor quality, bad warranty
