Not good in tropical environments
I have owned this bag for a few years now. It worked very well on river trips in a desert environment. It worked well as a carry-on bag. After 2 years in a tropical environment close to the ocean, everything on the bag broke down. The outer coating, strap attachments to the bag - everything. For the price. I cannot recommend purchasing this bag. I wish I could because it has great features, but it’s just not that durable.
