Great for swimming, support was great.
So this is a bit a both a product review and a support review. So the product works great while swimming and in the pool, I load mine up with mp3 audio books so I can just swim on autopilot and listen to a story for a while. I did have some problems with the computer cable being able to maintain a connection when uploading. When I reached out to support they were AWESOME, they shipped me a new pair with no hassle, I just had to fill out the form and they were very good at following up with me to make sure I had everything I needed. I hope my connection issue is just a one off and not systemic but the help that Shokz provided was great.
Amazing!
I got the openswim pro headphones for Christmas and I absolutely love them! It took me a bit to figure out how to download my music- I had to read and reread the instructions until they made sense to me. I've used them several times now and they work great! I wasn't sure if I was going to like having them on my head and tucked into my googles but they are extremely light weight and don't bother me at all. They definitely make my lap swimming much more fun! If you are thinking of adding music to your swimming, I recommend you try these. I think you will like them.
Do not work for swimming
I was really excited to try these out as I love to swim laps but it does get boring after a while. The product works well above water but the in-water experience is awful. I couldnt even get halfway down a 25 m lane before it started cutting out. Sound quality is really good on dry land, but each time I turned my head the unit lost connection. The product simply does not work as advertised! And SHokz customer service is awful. They refuse to admit the product is faulty. Do not buy.
Great when they work
Loved these until they stopped pairing with my iPhone. Multiple factory resets and they still don't pair.
