Just not there for me
I found these shoes so “in between” in style they didn’t really do either thing well. For me, too flat for running, but too soft for lifting. Just not a great cross training shoe. Returned.
Great Shoe
Nice wide toe box, great fit and comfortable CrossFit shoe.
Narrower than other models
I was looking for shoes to wear to the gym for HIIT classes, and I've loved all the other Altra shoes I've had for hiking or walking. I got these and found that the toe box is narrower than all the other Altras I've had. The size was also too long in my normal size, while still being too narrow. Otherwise they seemed great, well constructed, good stability, etc. Ended up returning because of the longer/narrow fit not being good for me.
Great Shoes
This is my second pair of Altra shoes. My first pair are Lone Peak 9 and I love them. I bought this pair because I wanted a shoe to play pickle ball in, and I wanted Altra’s amazing wide toe box. I love this pair just as much as the Lone Peak.
