Works great for Exped mats but needs more power

I've had this for a couple of years to inflate and deflate my Exped Down mat XP 9 LW while I'm either setting up or breaking down the camp. The inflate valve fits the inflate valve perfectly. The weakness in this product is that it doesn't generate enough PSI to completely fill my mat so I have to finish it off with the Exped pump bag. The other con is that you have to use one of the provided silicone adapters to deflate your mat. The silicone adapter barely fits into the mat's deflate valve. I have since switched to the megapump which fits into both the inflate/deflate valves perfectly and will quickly inflate or deflate the exped mats including the mega mats.

It's just okay

This small pump has a small impeller within. Therefore, the CFM will be very low. It is a handy little gadget that is much better than hand pumping. It is very easy to use. There's just not enough CFM for a quick inflation. It takes a very long time to fill my double XPED mattress, and I still have to finish the inflation by hand. The pump will free you up to work on other tasks, so it's convenient enough to justify the purchase, in my opinion.

PSI

I used it while camping. The pump does not generate enough PSI to completely fill my sleeping pad. I am able to blow more air into the air matress then the pump can produce.

Great all around for the price

I've had this for several years and have found it useful for virtually any kind of camping trip. I think most reviewers are viewing strictly as a pump - which misses the point as it's called a "widget" for a reason. It's more like a jack of all trades, master of none kind of tool: - Filling air mats (most of the way) - A secondary light source - Top off the charge on my phone - And even as a little fan to speed up to cleaning out dirt and dust from a tent If your sole use is to inflate an air mat, there are a lot of dedicated pumps which are lighter. However, if you're really counting your oz., you wouldn't be carrying a pump to begin with (no offense). If you are looking for something that hits multiple checkboxes, then it's a great all around piece of gear for the price.

Great little pump!

Purchased for an Exped sleeping pad and a non-Exped (one of those blue, flocked air beds) and it works great! We've tried it at home over several days. It even worked without all the attachments, just made sure to hold the pump tight around the intake valve, creating a seal with my fingers. Works like it should with the attachments (which come in a little box labeled as such). As with any product, be patient and learn how to use it correctly and efficiently. This little pump blows air so really it could fill anything up. It's small/compact and will be easy to travel with. It's quite loud but it works fast so not a big deal. The little lantern is pretty cool, too! I'd say make sure it's charged up before you head out on a trip. Worth the money. Would buy again and recommend.

Not ultralight but worth it's weight and size in g

Been using this unit for years, have/had pads from thermarest, Nemo, big Agnes, and exped. Never used the pwr bank feature but appreciated it's battery size for multiple inflation's per trip for me and kids plus all night lantern. Never ran it dead on a trip

Great at the campsite

Fast and efficient, we just had to know to charge it ahead of time. Does not deflate, only inflates. Used for Exped camping mat for 2.

Absolutely worthless for non-Exped. The "universal" adapters suck. Maybe it works for Exped?

Frail and breaks easily.

Our pump no longer works after 3 seasons of limited use.
