A Wonderful New Harness For 2025!
Honestly, I was NOT in the market for a new harness when I tried on this Adjama Harness at my local REI. But in the back of my mind, I was getting pretty tired of my expensive, unpadded harness from the "fossil company". Pulled the Adjama on, adjusted the waist belt, legs needed no adjustment and AHA! It felt like the harness had been custom made for me! Fit me perfectly (which isn't easy) and was instantly comfortable. I could tell it was going to be a plush ride in this badboy. The materials, padding and construction exude quality and thoughtful design. 5 robust gear loops plus a smaller gadget loop at center back for your Chalk Bag. Very glad I took the plunge and can't wait to try it out at the Gym and later the Crag. Also glad it only comes in one colorway, so no second-guessing my color choice.
Comfortable and trustworthy
I’m new to climbing but I picked this harness up after some research and I couldn’t be happier. Easy to adjust and inspires the confidence you need to reach the next hold. I have only used it in the gym but it performs well with no hang ups. There is also “belt loops” for the extra straps when adjusting so no real length of strap is hanging.
Great update
For those unaware, this is not just a color change from the blue 2024 Petzl Adjama, they re-engineered it. The straps are more supple. The belay loop is thicker and more confidence-inducing. It’s more comfortable to wear. I recommend it to anyone seeking a new harness with adjustable leg loops. Plus, what’s not to love about the red?
