Cute and Classic
Nalgene is the standard outdoor water bottle and it felt fitting to celebrate purchasing an REI membership with a new bottle to take hiking/camping. The blue National Park hotline design is so cute and the lightweight bottle is perfect for clipping on to my bag for some extra accessible water. The store has a good variety of designs to choose from, I even picked up an extra to gift to a friend!
Same consistent quality albeit at higher cost
I have been using these REI wide-mouth Nalgene water bottles for several years now and find them a consistent product of high quality. The only challenge for me is the constant increase in price. The one that I purchased leading to this review had a retail cost of just under $20, compared to a cost of $12-$13 a few years ago.
Great bottle
I've had several nalgene bottles from another outdoor company and this one is just as good, plus I liked the saying "opt outside".

Really nice easy to clean and it’s a good for using as a hot water bottle in your sleeping bag
Not the old Nalgene
I love this, I'm not sure why I waited so long to buy another Nalgene. Wide mouth is great with steripen. Its lightweight, comfortable to hold. I can see how much water is in there, and the graphics are cool!
Eco-Friendly and Built to Last
Love that it's made from recycled materials but still as tough as the original. The 32 oz size keeps me hydrated all day, and the wide mouth is easy to fill and clean.

Used it for the first time on my trek up to Kilimanjaro. It sustained many abuse but this thing is practically indestructible. Overall, great product!

Once every 20 years…
After 20 years and many miles, had to replace our Nalgene bottle. Glad this bottle is still available. Just the right size and weight. Easy to fill and carry.
