Sizing Notes
TALL: Some pants, shirts, jackets and parkas are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer, a parka body that is 2.5 inches longer and sleeves that are 2.5 inches longer than regular sizes.

Classic Marmot Shorts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the material and comfort for these shorts. The green color and orange tie strings are a great combination. The stretch material are very comfortable. The inseam length is just right. Another great Marmot product for quality and reliability.
The 8 inch Elche shorts are not true to size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts do not fit like the shorter versions. I have several pairs of the shorter Elche shorts and they all fit perfectly. I ordered the 8 inch version, but they “fall off” if not tied tightly. The pair I received are not just longer, but also much wider at the waist than the shorter version. They are labeled “size Large” but fit like an Extra Large.
Really nice but….
This is my second pair- have the same in navy. Very comfortable regardless of the heat. My only complaint is only one back pocket and it’s on the right! For decades I have put my wallet in my left pocket. Must be an industry thing as other companies are doing the same. Who decided the right side is the “right” side!! Majority of people are right-handed so you take your wallet out with your left, freeing your dominant hand with better dexterity to pick out the right credit card or bills.
Best Darn All-Around Shorts!

The material is light, stretchy and breathable, all while holding up a fair amount of durability and notably quiet between the thighs.
Fantastic shorts

They're stretch & durability make them great for heavy activity, and other than the draw string, they don't look too casual paired with a nicer shirt. Think I might order one size down next time though.
Meh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric feels off, kind of like the old-fashioned polyester "coach shorts." The pockets are too shallow. On the other hand, these shorts are sized correctly and the drawstring does it's job.
