KEEN  UNEEK Sneaker Sandals - Women's

I've had 2 pair of the whisper sandals for more than 5 years and they are still AWESOME! I've had plantar faciitis and I need these anatomically correct shoes. They are so comfortable and sturdy! I love them so much, I thought I'd try a pair (or 2!) of these uneek sandals. They are so cute and comfortable! The only thing that keeps these from being a 5 is that I think they are a little hot between the soles of my feet and the footbed. I expect this is because the cords pull the top of my foot down snug to the footbed. I also assume that this will be a non- issue is a couple of years as the sandals stretch out. I will certainly buy again. I am a fan!!!!

My boyfriend has like 3 pair of these, but in drab ugly colors. They are ugly shoes. He always said they were the most comfy shoes ever. I didn't care, ugly. Then I started shopping for some shoes to wear kayaking and rafting. Stay on my foot, don't let my foot slide when wet, comfortable, etc. And then the universe presented me with this gorgeous pair of rainbow shoes! I loved them even before I realized they are the same shoes as his ugly ones! Now I'm eating cow a bit, because I love them! I do still think his are hideous tho. I've also already caused someone else to purchase these because she loved my review.

I needed a new biking shoe. I don’t like enclosed shoes. I’ve been biking with a lightweight Abeo strap on sandal, but 10 years later it’s worn out. The reviews on the Uneek sounded good, but the toe area is enclosed. Because of woven strands to form the shoe I thought “Interesting concept”. I can’t compliment this shoe enough. My toes don’t miss their freedom. The ventilation is great. The flat soles fit my bike pedals perfectly (better than my Abeo’s) They are so comfortable to walk in too! The toe area gives room for each toe to spread (like you’re barefoot). I think it’s also a good looking shoe on “UNIQUE”.

I ordered these in the size I usually wear. Perfect fit. They are very cute. Also, walked quite a bit with first wearing, with no issues. I liked them so much I bought them in another color. The only thing was, I would have liked an instruction manual on how to put them on. I didn't understand the mechanism. I almost stretched them out trying to get my foot in it until I saw the slide thingy and loosened it. It wasn't obvious to me. Now I know how it works, but twas a bafflement at first. Wondered if I ruined the shoes. I felt like the ugly step sisters trying to get into the glass slipper.

These are cute, comfortable, and cool and I have gotten several compliments. After reading the reviews and the cautionary notice that the Uneek sandal runs small, I ordered one-half size larger. Initially getting them on my feet was a squeeze so I was grateful I'd listened to the advice. However, after wearing these sandals for no more than a week, the stitching began to stretch and putting them on was much easier. Because the sole of the shoe is larger than the stitching and actually too large for my foot, I feel like I'm wearing gunboats. In retrospect, I should have bought my true size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my first Keen Uneek sandals and I'm in love! These were comfy cozy right out of the box! I'm usually a Women's size 8. 5-9 and reading all the recs to go up a half size, the 9 fits PERFECTLY! I got the white cap/cornstalk color and they go with EVERYTHING. So lovely, fun to wear and the cords are super easy to adjust. The soles are very lightweight, mold to my feet, soft and really support my arches which is wonderful. My feet are med width/a bit narrow but also flat. I have weird feet lol but again everything feels good, especially the toe splay area which supports my whole foot and gait so I have no complaints! They are a bit tight when I try to wear socks with them but I bought them to wear barefoot so I'm ok with that! These sandals are so rad and will definitely go with EVERYTING in my closet and also be amazing to travel with. They're like a modern day huarache but much cushier and different to wear. I can't wait to travel to Japan with them! They're so UNIQUE and amazing and I'm so glad to have found this brand. Thanks so much KEEN and can't wait to purchase more in the near future! :)

roomy toes happy me

I have been wearing Keen’s Uneek sandals for many years, have many colors and I love every pair! They are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn…you can walk miles and the sandals feel great! I tore 2 tendons in my ankle and could not wear any type of even the slightest heel. I did away with all my other shoes and Uneek are all I have! Please don’t ever discontinue this style!!!!!! I love my Keens! I never go out and not get a couple of people that always compliments on my Keens, always and I always tell they where to look for them. Best shoe ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a wide foot and have to order a half size larger. I've only worn these sandals/sneakers once due to the weather conditions in New England. I had to adjust the tension and after wearing them for a day, they were still as comfortable from when I put them on. However, the warmer weather has not yet reached our area and I am curious how they will wear in the summer months when it is hot and humid. I gave them 4 stars only because I haven't worn them every day. I think I'm going to like them and have been looking at another pair of shoes from Keen.

After reading the reviews I am a true size 9 however, based on the sizing questions I came out as an 8.5 and they are a perfect fit. The shoe has the elastic cords as I did not purchase the leather option. I am most pleased with the way the shoe can give and stretch as my foot moves. I do have high arches and tend to pronate on my right foot due to a previous broken leg. These shoes have zero arch support so I have a sandal arch support that seems to work just fine to give that foot a bit of help. I would recommend these shoes for fall and summer.
