Secure and low-profile bracket

I have the Hiplok D1000 lock and had struggled a bit with how to carry it while riding since it adds a lot of weight to a backpack (which I don't like to wear while riding) and rattled around a bit inside my rack-mounted box. This bracket attaches to the rear rack very securely and the lock doesn't rattle around at all in it. It's nice to be able to securely carry this lock without any thought on quick jaunts. It does have enough clearance to allow my rear box on the rack but only when the bracket is empty. The other side of the rack is still free for a pannier bag, of course.
