prAna  Heavana 7/8 Leggings - Women's

I’m 5’3” 155lbs curvy/athletic build and I got a M in these. I’m seriously in love with the Heavana line after purchasing these and a pair of the biker shorts. They’re so soft, and comfy and the construction is excellent and what I’ve come to know and love from Prana over the last decade (with the exception of some questionable material/poor construction choices in the years from 2020-2022ish, but all is forgiven). They’ve softened with the first few washes (never put in the dryer), but not lost their form or fit and they’ve held up well along all the seams. They hug my curves nicely without causing undue compression or pain and they pass the squat test - maybe if I’d gone with a small they would be more compressive but I don’t think I would have liked that fit for me. I feel like they smooth nicely too, typically with lighter colored leggings you can usually see dimpling from cellulite and just your skin just being skin, which I personally don’t mind at all, but these don’t seem to do that so that would be a bonus if you’re someone who worries about that - warranted, the carob color that I got isn’t a super light color, but still I would normally expect that from even this color, If I had to guess, I would say it’s the fabric that helps with the smoothing effect.

Much prefer these to the pocket version! Soft, comfy fabric. Just the right amount of fabric hugging. Fabric feels a little thick & dense for outdoor summer wear, but perfect for fall or AC locations. Great for errands or light activity, a little too hugging for a true lounge day. Wish they had figured out the pocket placement better in the other version, that’s the only thing I’d change is with pockets!

I’m extremely happy with my purchases. I chose the Black Heather (more of a charcoal color) and the Stormy Night Heather. These leggings are the softest and most comfortable that I have ever worn by far. They are not very thick, but the material does not feel cheap at all. They are cozy enough for lounging and restorative or yin yoga, but I have found that they still offer enough compression to wear during power vinyasa classes, HIIT, and weightlifting sessions. I haven’t had any issues with the top rolling during workouts, and the dark colors pass the squat test for me. They have also held up well with repeated washings. I intend to purchase more in the future if new colors are released.

Very comfortable, soft, and pretty. I have the blue/green dusk color. I have a medium which is my normal size. They are sort of snug but still comfortable. My one critique is that when I do yoga the waist band rolls down sometimes. But they look good and are comfortable.

Prana as a whole has been the most unfavorable discouraging experience I’ve ver had with an athletic-wear brand to date. Inconsistent cut/fabrication/manufacturing from in-store to online purchases. Products are not TTS and textiles have no breathability. Return process is harsh and unforgiving. First and last purchase w Prana. These leggings are not TTS and they do not breathe nor do they have enough stretch to contour the body. I’m not sure how they’re constructing them for not women’s bodies. Possibly dress-form or mannequin? Fabric is plastic and doesn’t breathe.

This is my second pair of these leggings. The heavana fabric is one of my favorite Prana fabrics. The softness is perfect, but by the same token, they wear a little faster than my other Prana leggings and eventually my old ones wore through in the upper thigh after about a year of use. Given how much I loved them, I didn’t hesitate to replace them with a new pair. I hope Prana keeps this fabric around for a long time! I’m 5’4” and 190lbs with a curvy build and a large fits great.

These are genuinely the nicest feeling leggings I've ever had. I usually wear a different expensive brand of soft leggings and I was extremely pleasantly suprised to find these were even BETTER. My butt looks amazing and I feel so sexy. I feel comfortable every second of the day and don't crave to peel them off. They are literally perfect. I look forward to more colors coming out. I wear a small normally... Am 5'6: 125 lb and I got the small and they fit great.

My #1 request for yoga pants is that no matter what position I'm in, that they are not see - through (even a tiny bit) and I can confirm that these are NOT see through, YAY! As someone who is petite/athletic, 5' 2'', long torso shorter legs, smaller waist with larger glutes, thighs and calves - the Small made me feel like what I'd imagine a sausage feels like being squeezed into casing. I exchanged for a Medium, although I was concerned they'd be too long because the original small was already plenty long for me. The Mediums fits better and I don't feel as squished and restricted wearing them, although I would imagine the large would be more comfortable, but they would most definitely be too long for me. Overall, the Medium fit works well for me for working out. These are VERY high waisted leggings, but work well with the Heavana Bralette top.

soft comfortable supportive and in my opinion, these are just the perfect leggings. I tend toward the darker colors and never have any issues with anything showing thru in squats, bend overs and inversions. These are never too warm in sweaty workouts, and they do not let icy winter wind cause cold itchy legs. I wish they had more dark color options, I would love to own more.

Pro tip: for leggings without pockets, size is pretty accurate. I am 5’4, 120lbs, size 4, and the small fits me. I can see sizing to medium if I was a size 6. For leggings with pockets, size up. I still fit the small but it was tighter. For someone reason the pockets take up more space. Overall, buttery soft material and has never torn for me in the past 3 years.
