Lightweight rain jackets have their flaws. This one was better than others but does not beat a nicer gortex jacket. If you are through hiking, it is a great option but if i was doing a trip in a rainier environment, i would swap out for something else.

Great rain jacket

The Duncan Light HS rain jacket is a solid choice. It breaths well and keeps the rain out. I’m 6’3” 200 lbs and the large fits well but I can’t layer underneath it.

Lightweight, portable, keeps you dry, but could use some pockets

Great rain jacket and packs down very well. Only complaint is the lack of pockets
